Store terms / FAQ:

> I have a problem with an order. Who do I contact?

Please email with your full name and order number, along with the problem you are encountering. We will do our best to work out your problem. Please avoid messaging via Instagram and other social media outlets for order-related matters.

> What is your refund/return policy?

All sales are final. We will only issue refunds and returns if there is a physical problem with your order.

> What mail carriers do you ship with?

We ship primarily with USPS, however we will occasionally use UPS when necessary. If you require a specific carrier, please write so in your order note (ex. USPS does not ship to your desolate cabin in the Humboldt County foothills.)
