Inspired by Hamilton Morris’ television series Hamilton’s Pharmacopoeia, along with everyone’s favorite government organization - the DEA, I figured it might be a little funny if the department that has locked up tens of thousands over harmless drug offenses could wear their favorite three-letter illicit substance dead-center on their forehead.
